A Word From Mike

Well, dear JVNP partners … it happened again.

We recently had a very active partner launch a product
and take their time to set up a JV program for their fellow
JVNP partners to participate in, and was excited to see
that over 2 dozen partners had registered. The merchant
partner sent out notifications, one on ones, did everything
they could to help their fellow partners make sales … you
know what they got for their consideration and efforts?

… A BIG, FAT GOOSE EGG.

Not ONE sale from over 2 dozen participating partners, and
very little feedback to the merchant as to why.

I’m absolutely STEAMING as I write this …

I seem to have no problem getting partners to dive in and
follow through on offers from well known partners, but you
don’t get well known without a few breaks in the beginning
… we are a proving ground for the next wave of successful
Online Marketers. I’m embarrassed at how that privilege is
often treated.

Ask yourself a question …. ‘how would I feel if this
happened to me?’. Well?!? … How would you feel???

I’ll say it one more time … unless you are pretty darn sure
that the product fits, and you’re pretty darn sure you’re
going to follow through … DON’T … WASTE … YOUR …
FELLOW … PARTNER’S … TIME … REGISTERING!

Do I come off as condescending? How many times would
you like me to say the same thing before I get to this
point?

As I’ve said before, very good things will be happening
at JVNP in the months to come … very good things for
JV Marketing minded partners willing to work with each
other to enjoy mutual rewards … the tire kickers, freebie
seekers, and ‘it’s all about me’ types will have to find
somewhere else to waste their days.

Word From Mike

Though I’m very happy to report that our JV Notify Pro
community is still growing at a rapid pace, and interaction
on the forum is finally starting to pick up … we’re still
having a problem with partners registering for JVs and
not following through.

These are not simple affiliate programs that you register
for just for the sake of registering … they are personal
invitations from fellow partners that are counting on your
support if you decide to get on board. Of course, I realize
that there are going to be times when products look good on
paper, but don’t deliver as expected in the end … causing
partners to hold back. But at least have the decency to drop
the author a note saying that though you registered, you
won’t be able to participate. I would have to think you
would expect and appreciate the same courtesy if the shoe
was on the other foot.

If you don’t yet have the ability to sell as a JV partner,
don’t register just to see what the inside of an affiliate
area looks like … this is serious business, either
participate … or don’t. We will be making a few major
changes around here in the next couple of months that will
greatly benefit serious partners … and force those that
aren’t to make some decisions. I’ll keep you posted.
