JV Offer Announcement Posting Tips

Hi, Fellow JVNP 2.0 Partner.

It’s a no brainer that one of the most popular features on a JV
Marketing site is going to be the ability to post a JV Offer
Announcement, in an effort to attract potential JV/Affiliate Partners
to support your New Product Launch, Rolling Launch +/or
Evergreen Affiliate Program …

Of course, JVNP 2.0 has offered that option since Day 1, back in 2005.

The one problem we experienced at the time was that it demanded
we spend a lot of time moderating the direct post option we offered
back then … as partners would often do everything from using
oversized fonts, to over use of colors + graphics, not offering the
right details, submitting posts that were far too long to maintain
interest, posting 2 Tier Offers for other merchants for launches they
were not directly part of, team wise, even posting sales offers that
were not JV Offers … at all, and a dozen other infractions.

Then I came up with an idea I thought would make things easier
for the poster, and us …

I had Mike Jr create The JV Offer Submission Wizard, which would
take the posting JVNP 2.0 Partner step by step through the JV Offer
Announcement post creation and submission process, including
the length, self, product and promotion details, what it should
include and what it shouldn’t, etc.

The concept and process has for the most part yielded the desired
result … but far enough away from 100% successful that I’ve put
together a short list of common problems and solutions.

1) Where Is The JV Offer Submission Wizard Located?

The above link can be found in the JVNW Main Menu –
www.JVNewsWatch.com, in the footer menu found on the both
the JVNP 2.0 + JVNW home pages, and in the summary above
the JV Offer Announcement category of the forum.

2) My JV Offer Announcement Post Has Been Modified!

Due most likely to the poster not following the rules as they are
laid out in the Wizard, the formatting may have not transferred
as you intended (please use the Preview option provided so you
know what it will look like live before Submitting), or other
inconsistency that can be remedied on our side.

In addition, a common mistake is including outgoing links in
your post. We provide a field for you to enter the JV Page URL
which generates a link that opens your JV Page in our iFrame.
We also include a code so that you can have that link show up
wherever you like in your JV Offer Letter. Please put all links,
promo tools, contact info, etc. on your JV Page. The only link
in the JV Offer Announcement post should be the one
generated for you.

3) My JV Offer Announcement Post Has Been Deleted!

This happens most often when a duplicate post is submitted.
Partners are encouraged to follow up their initial posts in reply
with new details as often as needed … please DO NOT re-submit
a post for the same JV Offer, or it will be deleted. There may
be other reasons for deletion, such as those I listed above,
but duplicate posts are the most common.

4) How Can I Attract More Potential JV Partners To My Post?

Link to it in your sig file, then provide as many content rich
posts and replies as time allows. Purchase a JVNW listing
credit, which links to both your JV Page in our iFrame and
back to your JV Offer Announcement post.

5) What Can I Do To Attract More High Quality JV Partners,
In General?

Help make yourself a more ‘attractive’ JV Partner … post and
reply with quality content as mentioned above. Write and
submit helpful articles. Support the launches of your fellow
JVNP 2.0 Partners. Make creating and nurturing JV Relationships
part of your regular business day to day, not just when you
have a launch you need support with.

JV Relationships are 2 way, and they need to be maintained
… mutually. Make sure your ‘house’ is in order, give before
expecting to receive, and you’ll likely find ongoing success
using JV Marketing to grow your business.
